Who we are

BYD Adventure Motors is operated by Adventure Motor Group Limited. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Adventure Motor Group Limited trading as BYD Adventure Motors.

  • BYD Auto New Zealand and relevant BYD entities for vehicle supply, warranty, recalls, parts, technical support and customer care.

  • Finance, insurance, warranty and roadside assistance providers.
  • Contractors and professional advisers working on our behalf.
  • NZ Transport Agency, government agencies, regulators, law enforcement or other parties where required or permitted by law.

Where we collect personal information about you from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Some service providers, website technologies, social media platforms or vehicle systems may process or store information outside New Zealand. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it receives safeguards comparable to those required by New Zealand privacy law, or obtain the authorisation required by law.

Website cookies and social media
