2. Enquiries and vehicle purchases
Submitting an enquiry, booking a test drive, requesting a quote or completing another website form does not create a contract or reserve a vehicle.
Any vehicle purchase, trade-in, finance arrangement, service booking or other transaction will be subject to the terms provided to you as part of that transaction. If there is any inconsistency between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will apply, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Any on-road costs, optional accessories or other charges will be identified with the relevant vehicle or offer.
Vehicle pricing, availability and promotional offers may change. Additional terms, eligibility requirements and exclusions may apply to individual offers. Any applicable costs, exclusions and offer terms will be stated with the relevant vehicle or promotion.
National BYD promotions are subject to the terms published by BYD Auto New Zealand.

4. Finance information
Finance may be available through third-party finance providers and is subject to the relevant provider’s terms, lending criteria and approval. Interest rates, fees, charges and other conditions may apply.
Any repayment figures or other results produced by a finance calculator on this website are estimates only, based on the information entered and the assumptions shown. They do not constitute a finance quote, offer or approval. Actual interest rates, repayments, fees and the total amount payable may differ.
Full terms and disclosure information will be provided by the relevant finance provider before you enter into a finance agreement.
